Rachel's Birthdays

Rachel got 3 birthday celebrations over the past week to celebrate her second birthday.
Here she is doing her birthday dance.

She loves to stand on her Mickey scooter. She doesn't quite understand the concept of scooting yet.

We went to Pat and Oscars for dinner.

Rachel enjoyed 3 breadsticks for dinner. She wouldn't touch anything else.

She wouldn't even put the breadstick down for a picture.

Sitting up like a big girl drinking her juice.

Her newest favorite show is Blue's Clues. She can't get enough of it.

One of her other favorite shows is Wonder Pets and her Nana bought her the Wonder Pets beanie babies.

She also got a basketball hoop and knew exactly what to do.

She was so proud of herself and so excited every time she made a basket.

Birthday Cake from Edelweiss (where we got our wedding cake from).
Happy Birthday to You!
Blowing out the candles.

She really didn't dig in to the cake like most kids. She wanted to stay clean. She is her mother's daughter.

On Saturday, we went to my dad's house and celebrated with my dad and Teri, and Tyler and Lacey. She said Ty Ty for the first time. Well, actually she called him Ty Tuck all night. Tuck is one of the characters from Wonder Pets. By the next day, she was calling him Ty Ty. She really liked the bag that my dad got her!

Such happy girl.

On Sunday, we celebrated at the Pearson's with my mom and David, my Grandma and Grandpa, Tyler and Lacey, and Becky, Beau, and Grant.

The 2 best friends playing with Rachel's new Mickey Mouse train.

They play so well with each other.

She tries to blow the pinwheel, but doesn't quite have the right aim with her breath. So on a side note, I had a pair of shoes picked out for her to wear. She put them away and grabbed another pair, looked at them, put them back, and grabbed these ones out. She loves shoes these days. She even put a pair of sandals on over her footsie pajamas this weekend.

She loves York Peppermint Patties at much as her mommy and begs for them.

Even though my sister couldn't be there, I captured her there in spirit talking to my Grandma on the phone :)

Rachel and Grant gave a very intense kiss goodbye.
