As I have said before, Rachel loves to stand. In this video, she is talking to me and even laughs a couple of times. Her "hula dancing" is not completely obvious in the video (partly because you can't see her legs) but she is getting a lot better at standing and is not so wobbly. She talks throughout the whole video because she does not see Tim holding the camera.

Heather and Tim that is sooooo cute I love it when she turns and looks at your toes then turns and looks at you as if to say "those are not MY feet are they Mommy?" Rachel is truly Gorgeous her G/nana thinks so xxxx
