Heather and I went for a walk on the beach on Saturday. Considering I am starting soccer next weekend, I really need to start exercising again. I have been trying to walk, but probably not often enough. I think that when I play soccer, the running is really going to kick my butt.

But I have one correction...I believe this is technically Rachel's second time to the beach...I believe her first was when me you spike and her had a double date there ; )
